- Health care billing, HCBS & Alternative Care Providers Training 101, MHCP MN-ITS
- Insurance claims management,
- Regulatory compliance, including Minnesota Care Health Program (MCHP) and Medicaid rules.
- Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy in handling sensitive information, and accurate submission of claims
- Proactive approach to solving problems
- Idea with payroll software (ADP)
- Client admission process
