Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care
We’re seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health care team.

Schedule: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and oversee admissions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform follow-up visits to monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
